This page describes an Orbeon Forms project, not a feature which is currently part of Orbeon Forms.

  1. 1 Overview

Overview

The start page is the default landing page for users, and for most scenarios replaces the current summary page. It has 3 sections:
  1. Start new form – Lists the forms the current user can create. Starting a new form can be akin to staring a workflow, when the form is viewed as a workflow.
  2. Your tasks – Lists forms for which the attention of the user is required. In the mockup below, the user needs to review an expense report submitted by a report, and needs to send an invoice to a client.
  3. Archive – Lists all the forms the current user can access. Typically all the forms the user created or had a task for in the past will be listed here. It is expected that most, if not all, of the fields in the archived forms will be read-only. In the mockup below, the user has previously approved expense report, an invoice that was paid by a client, and a PO that was submitted.
